Your email and the waitlist
The basics, plainly: what we keep, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
- controller
- [controller]. Contact: [contact email].
- what data
- The email you enter when you sign up, which button on the site you used, the page language and the date. To stop abuse we also keep your browser type and an irreversible fingerprint of your IP (a salted hash), never the IP itself. Nothing else.
- what for
- To let you know when Open2Agents launches. We won't send you anything else.
- where
- On our list, stored on Cloudflare (Workers KV), which hosts the site and replicates the data across its network of data centres. If we send you a confirmation email, it goes out through Resend, our email provider.
- legal basis
- Your consent, which you give when you sign up and can withdraw at any time.
- how long
- Until launch, or until you unsubscribe if that comes first. When you unsubscribe we stop emailing you and keep your email marked as unsubscribed only so we never write to you again; we delete it when the waitlist closes.
- who we share it with
- No one. We don't sell or share your email with third parties. Only our hosting (Cloudflare) and, if there is a confirmation email, our email provider (Resend) process it on our behalf.
- your rights
- You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, object to its use, or unsubscribe, by writing to [contact email]. To unsubscribe right away, use the link in the email we send you or this page. If you think we haven't handled a request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
