Open your store to the agents that come to buy

We launch on Shopify first. We'll email you as soon as your store can tell people, scrapers and agents apart.

We'll only email you to let you know we've launched. You can unsubscribe at any time.

They all look the same. We know who's who.

More and more purchases are made by an AI agent on someone's behalf. In your store, Open2Agents tells apart people, scrapers and the agents that come to buy. It shuts the door on the scraper and opens it for the agent.

01the problem

Your store blocks every bot, buyers included

That shuts the door on the scraper… and on the customer who sent their agent to shop.

today

One wall for everyone

  • Person

    gets in

  • Scraper

    blocked

  • Agent here to buy

    lost sale

You lose the sale and never even know.

with Open2Agents

A door that knows who to let in

  • Person

    gets in

  • Scraper

    blocked

  • Agent here to buy

    gets in, buys

You make the sale, and you know who to.

02why now

Bots have gone from copying stores to shopping in them

And almost no store can tell them apart yet.

who it's for

Built for the store that doesn't have a fraud team

Small and mid-sized stores that want to sell to agents before their competitors do: D2C fashion on Shopify, travel, hotels with direct booking.

Want to be the hardware store that never went online?

03what you lose

Blocking loses the sale. Opening blind puts it at risk.

An agent shows up to buy a €90 hoodie. Here's what you keep, depending on how your store treats it.

order: €90 hoodiewhat you keep

  1. you block it

The agent leaves and your customer buys somewhere else.

  2. flying blind

You sell, but with no proof. If a chargeback lands, you lose it.

You sell, and the purchase goes into its evidence file.

04how it works

Three questions on every visit

No accounts, no captchas: we work it out from how each visit arrives and what it asks for.

  1. 00a visit arrives

    Person, scraper or agent?

A request looks the same, whoever sends it. Before opening, we check who it is.

  2. q.01identity

q.03Is it here to buy?

  • Person

    walks right in

Shops as usual. We ask nothing of them.

  • Scraper

    out

No catalog, no prices. The door stays shut.

  • Verified agent

    on to checkout

We open the door and it shops for its owner.

  • Big or unusual order

    checked before charging

We read the mandate (AP2, Verifiable Intent) or ask the owner on their phone.

And every purchase is on record. see the evidence file

05the evidence file

Every purchase leaves proof

Which agent, with what permission, what it bought. If a chargeback lands, it's not your word against the bank's: you have the evidence file.

  1. signed

    Every evidence file is signed

    It can't be altered afterwards.

  2. chargeback

    Ready for the bank

It's ready to send to the bank if the customer disputes the charge.

06the dashboard

At last, you know how many AI agents walk into your store

Today you can't tell how much of your traffic and sales comes from agents. The dashboard tells you.

  1. traffic

    Who comes in

How many visits are people, scrapers and agents.

  2. sales

    Who buys

What agents sell for you, and which ones: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini…

09questions

Questions from stores

What stores tend to ask us before joining the waitlist.

Do my customers have to install anything?
No. Open2Agents runs in your store. People shop as usual and agents don't need an account.
How is this different from Cloudflare or DataDome?
They block bots. We recognize the one that comes to buy, let it in and keep proof of every purchase it makes (Open and protect plan).
Do AI agents really come to my store?
Only a few today: it's a channel that's just starting. The dashboard shows how many arrive and which ones, and when it grows your door is already open.
What if the agent buys something its owner didn't want?
If the purchase doesn't match what the owner authorized, we ask them first. If a chargeback still lands, you have the evidence file (Open and protect plan).
When can I use it?
We launch on Shopify first. Join the waitlist and we'll email you as soon as your store can turn it on.
Which stores does it work with?
We launch on Shopify first. Then WooCommerce and any other website, with a library for developers.
